Produced utilizing the highest automotive grade SAE-ASTM grade G3000 grey cast iron that meets and/or exceeds OEM specifications, results in enhanced thermal properties, friction, noise damping ability with unmatched quality. With test-proven durability and machined to precision specifications and finish to reduce vibration pulsing and heat transfer, they complement our brakes to increase consistent "biting" performance and provide an improved brake feel with less fade and better overall ride.

These have been one of our very popular products over the years as they have gone through many steps of evolution and perfection. These are typically made from AISI G-3500 grade of gray cast iron. We work closely with our clients to estimate their sales needs and bring these products directly from overseas to their warehouse. The medium to light-duty trailer industry is a natural fit for Chicago Expert Importers’ spindles. We have been providing spindle for a number of years and we offer a wide variety of spindles from machined round bar, hot forged straight, and dropped spindles. Our spindles can be machined with a variety of anti nut turning devices such as cotter pins, D-flats, & slots and can be machined to include lubrication passages and fittings. We also offer welded-in brake flanges. If you require something unique, in many cases, we are capable of meeting your specific requirements.

CEI is now adding torsion arm forgings to its rapidly growing line of trailer components. Torsion arm suspensions provide improved suspension characteristics relative to leaf spring axles through the unique arrangement of a steel torsion bar surrounded by rubber encased in the main structural member of the axle beam. Trailer break-away kits are a legal requirement in most states for towing trailers with electric brakes. With CEI’s trailer brake-away kit, you can have peace of mind that you and your equipment will be safe in the event of a trailer separation. Furthermore, with 2 electrical wire connections a pull wire connection and a one bolt installation process, fitting is quick and simple. For durability, our rust proof high impact polymer case protects the 12V sealed (gel cell) rechargeable lead acid battery from elements and corrosion.
